The fact the mother was filming for Tik Tok instead of watching her child says a great deal. Tik Tok users should not be parents. My sympathies for a child who’s mother doesn’t love them enough to not watch them. Glad the little girl is safe.
That poor girl. Had to be saved by someone else because her Disney adult tik tok mom was too busy on her phone to hang onto her. Parents with common sense teach their children to never run in front of moving vehicles rather than stay on tik tok
All children deserve parents but not all parents deserve children.

To me it sounds like she thought it was cute her daughter was almost unalived and would’ve had it all filmed on Tik Tok ! Not one word about being grateful for the person that spared her daughters life because she was too busy taking a video of a Disney parade on #@$* Tik Tok instead of keeping an eye on her child?!
