I read your recent article regarding the class action law suit brought against Disney for alleged violation of the ADA, specifically the Disabilities Access Service changes. It’s not surprising to see that they are cutting back on DEI and ADA policies after what I experienced in 1993-94. I have first hand knowledge of a lawsuit filed by Cynthia Dauzat for $500,000 for violating the ADA. The lawsuit was settled out of court during the mediation phase. I recently started writing the outline for a documentary ( I’m a published writer and the documents I have are work product just as they were in 1993-94.) Ms. Dauzat and her attorney signed NDAs but I did not. Neither did my witness or my former Agent/Attorney, who assisted me to successfully fight Disney’s attempt to subpoena for my work product. I am currently searching for a production company to help me further the project. Your article gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward. Thank you

This is EXACTLY why I’m looking forward to November 2026 and then November 2028. This is so wrong on many levels, ugh!
