Disneyland Paris Resort has officially revealed its temporary attraction closures for July 2025. Several Disney Park rides will be closed simultaneously this summer, and some don’t have reopening dates yet.
Each month, Disneyland Paris Resort updates the attraction list on its website with current and future closures at Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, the Molly Brown and Mark Twain riverboats (out of Thunder Mesa Riverboat landing), the Orbitron, and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop are among several Disney Park rides currently shut down for maintenance.

On Tuesday, Disney Parks fans noticed that four popular Disneyland Park (Paris) rides will be closed simultaneously in July 2025. This could increase wait times across Disneyland Park or drive foot traffic next door to Walt Disney Studios Park.
As @DLPReport reported on X (formerly known as Twitter), Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, and the Molly Brown riverboat will be closed simultaneously in July 2025.
Dumbo closes on June 23 and reopens July 5; Pirates of the Caribbean closes June 23 and reopens July 12. Neither Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, which also closes June 23, nor the Molly Brown riverboat has a set reopening date.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is currently closed with a promised reopening date of “early summer 2025,” suggesting that it may reopen before some of these closures take effect. However, if it remains closed, five popular Disneyland Park rides will be inaccessible in July 2025.

Attraction maintenance can be frustrating, but it’s a necessary part of operating a safe, efficient, and technically advanced theme park. Check the Disneyland Paris Resort website for the most up-to-date closure information before your visit.
