In 1997, unknown British author J.K. Rowling released her first book, and it was one that would change the world — Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. The book exploded in popularity, and two years later, she published the second book in the boy wizard series, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. In total, Rowling wrote seven Harry Potter books — Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince, and The Deathly Hallows, and they become some of the most popular books of all time.

Four years after the first Harry Potter book was released, Warner Bros. released the first film in the franchise. The films appeared to be even more popular than the books, with eight films being made, as The Deathly Hallows was split into two.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was the first time audiences met Lavender Brown, a fellow Gryffindor determined to fight the evil Lord Voldemort. Lavender Brown was a member of Dumbledore’s Army and developed a crush on Ron Weasley. She and Ron started dating, but their relationship did not last very long.

Sadly, Lavender was killed by the werewolf Fenrir Greyback in the final battle of Hogwarts.

In the movies, Lavender Brown was played by actress Jessie Cave, who has since appeared in a number of other films and television shows, including Great Expectations, Glue, Dani’s Castle, and Call the Midwife.

On March 10, the actress shocked fans when she revealed that she had joined OnlyFans and was going to be starting her very own page. However, unlike many OnlyFans pages that are explicit, the Buffering star that her page would be focused on the sounds her hair makes. It would primarily be a fetish page, and while it would be sensual, it would not be sexual.

I’m starting an onlyfans for my hair. It’s niche even for me.

While Crave did say that her page would be sensual and not sexual, she began to get upset when fans questioned her motives.

On her substack page, the actress called out those who were questioning her and asking what her kids would think of her page when they get older.

“I have had loads of positive comments, most of which along the lines of ‘you go girl’ – always massively appreciated. And yeah I’ve had some ‘as a mother are you even thinking of what your kids might ask when they’re older?’

“Now, this is where I get a little angry.”

“A common conception seems to be that because I’m a mother, I shouldn’t be doing anything for myself at all….no no! Mothers must only do wholesome, bouncy content so that when their kids grow up they will be able to scroll back and appreciate that their mothers did nothing but mother them from the second they were born.”

Crave said that she was excited to learn more about the culture of hair fetishes and grow her page. She also said that she does not care what the trolls say about her page.

But her biggest reason for joining? To get out of debt.

Just because she has had a relatively successful acting career, that does not mean she doesn’t need to find additional ways to make some income to support her family.
