Well, I know Disney is all about change and keeping up with the lastest trends. But with that said when you close one down you should be ready to open to the guest another option at that time.
When I bought and planned the families trip this year to Disney I did so under the impression that all the attractions we had been accustomed to frequenting were open and would be so when we arrived. Making changes in the parks layouts should be noted when you purchase your Disney Package.
With that said I feel a discounted should be given on purchases made throug the time all these attractions are no longer available. I feel Disney should offer a discounted rate on park tickts where these attraction are closed during 2025 and credit those who have purchased tickets. Even 10% to 25% discount on park ticket maybe tie bigger discount for those staying on Disney restorts. But a discount none the less.

  2. Won’t be back until the prices drop , definitely not worth the price for resorts abd experience. Seems that Universal Studios has stole the thunder to bad Disney

I think it’s sad what WDW is becoming. They’ve taken away so many great attractions. As an older LONG time disney goer we really miss the more relaxing non coaster rides. I also feel they seem to be cutting corners on everything.

I agree! Disney World is nothing like it used to be
I can’t say that the changes are for the better either. Because of all the changes and high prices I haven’t been in quite some time and we used to go several times a year.

I bet they eventually gut spaceship earth & also put a 3 min coaster inside there, which is a lot less expensive to maintain than all those very old animatronics!
There is such a coaster in an almost identical dome – Google –> Wiki Eurosat CanCan Coaster !!

The only one I would change (other than EXPANDING, rather than replacing) is Indiana Jones. It’s more of a Hollywood Studios thing — than an Animal Kingdom one.

We have visited Disney 52 times in the last 25 years. We considered going again in 2025, but in light of all the closures, we have reconsidered. Also, why does Disney not reduce their prices due to the unavailability of so many attractions? Not to mention the construction blockages, and inconveniences when major renovations are done! Sometimes you have to walk quite a way around the barricades to get where you want to go. We will wait. Sorry Disney, you should not do so much at once.
