There’s absolutely no reason why this shouldn’t happen. Disney, or any other entertainment company, can tell any kind of story it wants about any type of lifestyle it wants, and audiences can choose to watch or not watch. It’s really that simple.
No, No and NO! If Disney wants to keep driving their fans away and ruin the company, then they are on the right path. I wish they would stop trying to please the minority and pay attention to the wishes of the majority.
That’s the reason movies and TV series have ratings on them. If there’s a lot of adult-only content, a PG-13 or R rating can help parents decide if their little ones should watch. If a show or series simply features a gay relationship but no sexual content, there’s no reason little ones can’t watch that. It’s just a same-sex relationship which reflects reality.
