We have all seen the melt downs when parents say, “no” over a toy or a balloon. My daughter had one melt down on a Disney Vacation. We dealt with her the same way we would at home. Consistent parenting shuts it down. Ignoring the melt down is a wrong move; it must be dealt with. Ignoring it, just irritates the people around you.
