The Disney theme parks are notoriously expensive as is, with price increases affecting each and every Disney resort worldwide. Both Disneyland and Walt Disney World have seen several price hikes in recent years, affecting everything from restaurants and shows to merchandise and park tickets. Earlier this year, Disney confirmed that theme park tickets will become more expensive in 2025 at the Walt Disney World Resort. The average price of a single-day visit to Walt Disney World already sits around $120, with prices fluctuating based on the time of year as well as what park guests wish to visit. Parks like Disney’s Animal Kingdom and EPCOT are typically cheaper, while parks like Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom are more expensive.
This is not to mention the add-ons that Walt Disney World and Disneyland offer, like Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane access. These tools help guests make the most out of their day but can add hundreds of dollars to an already expensive vacation. Disney Genie debuted in 2021, forever changing the way guests interact with Disney theme parks.
Unfortunately, these price increases are not exclusive to the American Disney parks.

Disney Quietly Raises Prices
Disneyland Paris is a resort located in Chessy, France, and is comprised of two theme parks as well as a shopping and dining area. Disneyland Park was the first theme park to open in 1992, and it was followed years later by Walt Disney Studios Park. Each destination provides guests with classic Disney wonders like Pirates of the Caribbean and “It’s a Small World,” as well as thrilling adventures like Crush’s Coaster and Avengers Assemble: Flight Force. Over the last several decades, Disneyland Paris has received significant upgrades, with the resort’s most recent addition being Avengers Campus.
The Disneyland Paris resort is a breathtaking adventure that any Disney fan should experience, but for some, the cost of a vacation may prove to be too much, especially after the most recent price hikes at the resort.
According to a new report from Disneyphile, guests will need to pay several more euros in order to have their luggage stored when staying at the resort.
After the bags and Pin’s, it’s the turn of the Disneyland Park luggage storage area to undergo yet another price increase (the last one dates back to 2022): • Accessory: 2 € – > 4 € • Small format: 8 € – > 10 € • Medium format: 11 € – > 13 € • Large format: 12 € – > 15 €
Après les sacs et les Pin’s, c’est au tour de la consigne du Parc Disneyland de subir une énième augmentation tarifaire (la dernière remontait à 2022) :
• Accessoire : 2€ -> 4€
• Petit format : 8€ -> 10€
• Moyen format : 11€ -> 13€
• Grand format : 12€ -> 15€(1/4) pic.twitter.com/bvCTxdX8c5

This marks the first price increase for luggage storage since 2022, with guests now needing to shell out a few more euros, or dollars, if they wish to keep their luggage stowed away during their visit. Small accessories will now cost guests 4€, an increase of 2€, or 100%. Small bags will cost 10€, again an increase of 2€. Medium-sized bags will now cost guests 13€, another increase of 2€. For large bags and luggage, guests will now need to pay 15€, an increase of 3€.
These price hikes follow previous increases in the cost of tickets as well as a major increase in the cost of hotels at the resort. Much like Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris features a wide range of hotels guests can stay at during their trip, allowing them to stay in the “Disney bubble” the entire length of their trip. The resort’s premier hotel, the Disneyland Hotel, recently reopened after a year-long refurbishment. The hotel looks absolutely stunning, but it will cost guests a significant amount of money if they wish to stay there.
