This is sad to hear. So, discounted popcorn is offered at WDW but, not at DL?? That kinda stinks. If it’s offered at WDW it should also be offered at DL. In my honest opinion that is. At the same time, there are things that seem to (from what I’ve read on line) be better at DL than at WDW. Some people have written that the food quality is really getting poor at WDW and getting more expensive as (probably) I’m writing this comment. Does the $ of the refiles at WDW a one time payment? Or, is it each time you want a refill?
