Incredicoaster broke down while we were on the ride just a few days ago. Two exceptionally congenial cast members assured and coddled us while two mechanics released our harnesses. We were carefully walked off and out of the ride and compensated by two more friendly cast members with free Lightning Lanes to several rides. The whole experience was handled well and we had no qualms about riding the coaster again later that day. Seems unlikely the same policy doesn’t apply to others stuck in the same situation. In fact, the cast members assured us that the cars behind us, stuck at other places on the ride, would be evacuated first since we were in a safer location.
