Ya can’t say this hotel is on “Disney property” when the property was never owned by Disney.
I am curious why the original owner didn’t sell to Disney. I would think when Disney was buying, the owner would have made a small fortune and would have been able to relocate to a nicer area and still had change leftover. There was a lot of land available in FL. back then

So Disney doesn’t own all the land in the Disney bubble (East of EPCOT).
