    I think that Epcot often seems more like a party for locals rather than a vacation spot for families. One solution for at least a part of the problem is to eliminate adult beverages at the Magic Kingdom, where they had only recently been added. Walt Disney himself desired there to be no adult beverage sales in his parks. He knew what would happen. And it has happened.
