    There was NO problematic theming – this is just another fascist action – the destruction of SPLASH. One of the most popular attractions. It would seem to me that Iger who is a merger and fire sell off guy is positioning Disney to be sold lock stock and barrel to some larger impersonal entity.
    Will this comment get posted – like all the others that have disappeared? Doubt it.

    Splash mountain should have been left alone. It’s been there all these years!!!!!
    Someone will find something to be offended about on any and everything!
    Quit taking Walt out of his parks!

    It’s still the same track, just a different theme. Would you kindly get over yourself?

    It would be different if they replaced it with theming from a movie that was at least successful. The Frog and the Princess was mediocre at best. It will not be as remembered as Song of the South, which is still watched by many who have access to it, including people of color. I have black friends who love it.
