We spent at least 20 minutes stuck in the log on Splash Mountain. The lights came on and we were told to standby. Luckily we didn’t have to walk down, but we were about tpnhave eacorts when they finally got the problem fixed!
Try getting stuck in It’s A Small World 9 x, then getting stuck listening to the Winnie the Pooh song for an hour…then hearing “It’s a small world, Winnie the Pooh” over and over again in your head when you get home and are trying to go to sleep. Happened in the early 1970s to me.
MBG you have anxiety. That is why you were hyperventilating. You are not alone in your struggle. I probably would have done the same thing. I hope that you are fully healed of anxiety through Jesus Christ. Strengthening my relationship with Him has helped. God bless you!

Yeah, back in in the 70′ s my parents and I were stuck on Peter Pan’s Flight when the ride quit part way through. We were tilted sideways but I’ m sure we were not too far off the ground, only appeared so.
That is a nightmare? The summer of 1984 my cousin and I were on the space mountain…and his bar didn’t close…I had to hold it down the whole ride…now that was a nightmare..
Atleast it was the best ride there, as a child my shoe laces got stuck on the people mover floor that never stops moving and they had to stop the entire ride so that was more of a nightmare than the flights of passage. I also one time as a kid got off the wrong side of the Haunted Mansion at the end of the ride and they had to stop it so I could exit properly.
Wow! So terrifying 😳
I’ve been stuck on a few rides in my lifetime and I’m just fine. So what you’re saying is the kid was at the “landind” and his restraint didn’t automatically unlatch. He wasn’t dangling over the ground, praying he wouldn’t fall hundreds of feet to his death. Ok next story please and I hope it’s a good one. BTW I was stuck on Manta at SeaWorld last week, hanging there facing the ground beneath me. It was uncomfortable, I didn’t panic either. A few other riders, however, weren’t so thrilled. Want a story, I got ya!

I would have liked that. Especially if they would let me ride again.

We got stuck on Tron with horrible visuals. It was in the 90’s. Not fun!!! Feel bad for the child that was stuck.
