Apart from the previous 6 years and potentially another 4-8 years of whatever happens, Hall of Presidents certainly embraces the concept of liberty. So Liberty Square seems appropriate. BUT…it could find a good home in American Adventure, since the history of America is featured. As for the boobirds that occasionally disrupt the show — boo right back at you.
I have grown up at both Disneys. I went to the Hall of Presidents one time. I understand the concept for including it in the theme as a vision from Disney but as the park has expanded it belongs in the Epcot area. That’s a great idea. It does not need to be a political or social agenda. The Kingdom is about fantasy, magic experiences and fun. Let us all come together in that pursuit. Leave our cares behind and enjoy some fun.
I think its a darn shame this even has to be discussed. Its as if just discussing and honoring the USA is somehow some kind of hate speech. I truly despise the Left for getting us to this point. What was once a truly inspirational American message created by Walt Disney has been systematically transformed into a Queer, Woke establishment berating DeSantis by caving to the Left’s totally FALSE narrative about his bills that are only for protecting children from indoctrination, sexualization, and to bring back the three R’s in education instead of the false teachings of CRT
As with everything else if you don’t like it don’t go see it. I enjoyed it as a child and although there’s been a lot of turmoil over the last several years with you know who as president (and I use the term loosely) I still think it’s relevant.
I’m surprised the only impeached president, Andrew Johnson, is up on that stage. Even Nixon – who resigned.
& i’m surprised Biden is able to stand up all that time.
