I’m a big supporter of Bob Iger – but this is disgusting. He should be ashamed of himself, as should Josh. This is barbaric. Pay the Cast Members another $5 per hour. A multibillion dollar corporation not paying the employees who truly make the magic, it’s almost criminal.

Universal offers $17 as minimum salary. Disney cast members are unable to afford to live on $15 with inflation. In 2018 Bob Iger earned 65.7 million which then was more more than 1,000 times the median salary of all Disney employees, which was in 2018 $46,127. No one should support a CEO or a board that does not pay a living wage to their employees. It’s bad business. It may yield short term profits, but will inevitably lead to long term losses. The Cast Members should stand up to being bullied and go on strike.

This is very sad. The happiest place on earth?? If only the visitors knew!!

Cast members are the backbone of the theme parks and deserve to be treated as such. Let’s hope the Union pushes back and wins!

I’m not rooting for Iger anymore I was at first but nothing’s changed Iger is showing his true colors with this second stint and the disney company will be worse off for it, unfortunately.

  7. Disney is like a the other big corporations in America, all they care about is profits. And the CEOs and other top brass. When it is the cast and crew mmembers that keep the corporations going. And make sure that the guests are happy and enjoy their visit to the parks.

  8. Sad that Disney had became like all the other major corporations in America, greedy for profits and the hell with the little people that make and keep the corporation going. And make sure the the visitors are happy and enjoying themselves at the park
