    Being a foreigner is a disability now? Can we start to deny entry to people for not speaking English if it’s a medical condition?

      how does someone being deaf equate to nationality?
      The man mentioned in this article has a legitimate concern.
      My daughter was born w/hearing loss, too, though glad to say since she has a moderate loss and was diagnosed right at birth, we were able to get her hearing aids immediately. She’s been wearing them since she was 2 mos old, and recently turned 18. She has no affected speech, you’d never even know she’s got this issue if you met her (if I didn’t mentioned it), and I’m grateful she doesn’t need to rely on sign language to get by. That said, I can certainly sympathize with the man who is simply trying to enjoy the Park at the same level of capacity as everyone else.
