Ever-skyrocketing prices.
Popular rides shut down.
Longer wait times.
Worsening customer service.
The list goes on and on.
Mold just is kind of par for the course at this point, and is a visual representation of Disney’s taking its collective eyes off the ball from a time when every detail mattered.
The magic is gone. But stay woke, Disney.
There’s plenty of other reasons DW will never see another dime out of my family, and extended family too, like the sexualization and grooming of young underage children and slipping in their radical gay agenda “where ever possible” in the words of one of their department heads.
The vast majority of problems at the parks right now would be fized if management would open up the purse strings and bring staffing bck to adequate levels. Trying to save money on payroll is a false economy.
Our family spent our Christmas holiday at Disney & booked our hotel on site. This was my 4th vacation at Disney and I was terribly disappointed. Holiday decorations were at a bare minimum in contrast to previous visits. Room service did exist, housekeeping never made an appearance during our entire stay. Disgusting! Purchased dinner reservations were a huge disappointment. Prices & quality of food were terrible. We paid extra for meals w/characters & only 1 character was there. How disheartening that was. I can say Disney will not be a vacation of choice again. The cleanliness of so many areas left much to be desired. Mold was seen in many places. A trip to urgent care was necessary for my grandson because of breathing issues. He was put on 2 medications. This never have happened.

Previously written comment contained an error, suppose to read-housekeeping never cleaned the rooms or changed towels, linen etc. definitely left much to be desired!
Mold was apparent in several areas on my last trip. There was also peeling paint, burned out lightbulbs and trash lying around just about everywhere. As for razing The Little Mermaid attraction, they should. They should also rebuild it. Get great minds in to brainstorm ways to create a believable underwater atmosphere without the risk of mold. That was a fabulous attraction for entire families to enjoy at the same time. For all the money Disney spends to “wake up” other attractions, it’s high time they start bringing back the ones we loved and miss. They can’t afford it – yeah, right.

Calling SQS, come in SQS.
(Show Quality Services)
Quality, and maintenance, again budget cuts.
Disney+ is the drain on finances.
Disney needs SQS micro managers to take a fine tooth comb theough the parks and resorts and get that stuff back Show Quality.

That’s what happens when you hire for woke instead of ability and fire anyone that is a “bad fit” for that culture of substandard care.
