It’s great to have more characters meet and greet, but most have replaced the Photopass CM with photo boxes. The pictures are awful, don’t always work, and replace the CM.
I was a Photopass CM and machines do not have anything to tell it the best time or angle for the photo bring back Photopass CM’S for all locations, use the automatic cameras at spots during the rides!
TO THE DVC members….You tend to be too critical of things! YES you are paying more..but YOUR choice! Pay-off of the castmembers….please voice your negatively to the people taking your money!!!
I hope that they consider bringing the Dreamfinder back to Journey into imagination. I also hope that they consider bringing back the full 15 show of the Country Bear Jamboree as the shortened show doesn’t have the same charm that the full show did.
We just spent new years at Disney World. I will say the cast members in the park were very pleasant and professional compared to march April trip.
They really seemed to be much happier and helpful.
The resort was the same. We are DVC members and have been very disappointed in the past 5 years. This trip they went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
Only complaint was the Disney backed restaurants. We did not enjoy the good it felt like cafeteria style food at mamalarosa the hostess was miserable. Yelling and asking guess to move out of the way.
Raglan road was the worst. They sat us directly in the opening next to the bar . We had two
Handicap people with us and people including the hostess would pass by taking directly on our heads. Both myself and my daughter got a very nasty cold from people coughing in our direction. And the food was not appetizing at all and with people breathing all over it I just pushed it aside. Horrible will not be back again for New years. Maybe in the summer when we can sit outside.

Went from an 8 hr wait time digital que to buy passes to 2 minute que 2 days ago. Why?
Because all of the lower tier passes are sold out and the reservations stink.
There’s already so many blackout days
& packed park Disneyland
Reservations not needed
Just there to tell APs disney hates you alot
Josh you need to do more than listen you need to take ACTION.
So many things gone from Disney, more so for people staying on property. The high costs, lack of perks to stay, Disney has lost its way and you need to do something about it.
I’m sorry for the foreseeable future you have lost our customer as we have moved over to staying at Universal, the rooms are much cheaper and to be honest much much better, not just in money terms.
For now Disney may only get a day or two of my cash where previously staying on site you got 14+ days. Such a shame you went downhill and seem to do little to nothing about it still…
People thinking Josh D’Amaro is going to fix the parks don’t understand that he is the Chairman of Disney Parks and under his leadership we got the park pass reservation system and genie+. Those executives need to go stand in a four hour line for Rise of Resistance or watch Abigail Disney’s documentary on how Cast Members are sleeping in a tent with their family then they can say their listening.
From taking a Magical Bus from the airport, easy ck in at Beach Club, FREE refillable mugs, waking up in the a.m. and deciding what park your family wants to visit THAT DAY, dining plan that REALLY helps families and just having a STRESS-FREE MAGICAL vacation…… ALL GONE!!!!!! Not one ounce of MAGIC left. I can see why visitors (we use to be called GUEST) are so irritated and so many fights break out at the parks! I HATE seeing the fighting! Visitors are tired of being told where to go, when they CAN go (if they can get a Genie+ reservation, don’t get me started on that joke,) and then PAYING more than they ever had before!!! Not everything can be blamed on COVID! It’s simply WHO is in charge and running the show!!! I’m SURE their INCOME has NOT been affected in the past 3 years. JUST MAKE US FEEL WELCOME AGAIN!!!

The biggest and most important change for my family is doing away with the Magical Express bus service. The prices now are outrageous to go from the airport to the hotels. Do you realize how much it is for several people to pay round trip? It was so much easier to pack the luggage, check it at the airport and then when you arrived cast members picked it up and took it to the hotels; you could then check in and start you Magical Disney adventure. I feel this was a perk for staying on property. This should also be reinstated many, many more people would be staying on property if they received this perk.

If demand drops, they will be forced to change. They are having to cancel low-occupancy Galactic Starcruiser Voyage packages this summer because people aren’t paying their ridiculous $5000 per cabin. If their concern is about the nature of their character experiences, they are looking at a small part of the problem.
