I would like to see the reservation plan removed!

    1. Sandy

I totally agree. I’ve been to WDW 19 times and this takes spontaneity out of our vacation time.

  2. Cheryl

Get rid of reservation plan! I used to like going to Disney on a whim(fl resident) yes u added that if in park you can now go to another.without reservation haven’t used it yet think it’s after 2 but not sure. ..

    1. Mike C

If people are spending money to stay in WDW hotels, which are PREMIUM PRICED, Genie+, should included free. Let people who are staying outside the park perimeter, to save money, pay the extra for Genie+.

      1. Sandy

Yes. Get rid of Genie+ we have paid enough always staying in Deluxe Resorts I also agree it should be included in our Resort paid vacation. Bring back Fast Pass please.

      2. Get rid of lightning lane and bring back free fast pass! We pay enough! I’d love to see Tables in Wonderland return, in addition to the others mentioned above! Tables allowed for great perks, as in addition to receiving 20% off F&B at most table service restaurants, it was the free valet parking that we enjoyed as well! Probably won’t come back, but so would love value added options for pass holders like this and others. Another pie in the sky wish is to offer pass holders, included with their annual pass, a choice of one admission to either Mickey Not So Scary or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas! This would most certainly provide a value to an already inflated annual pass price and show that the money we spend is worth more!!

      3. Heather

Exactly!! We always stay at a Deluxe resort on property so I feel the same way that Genie+ should be included!!!

      4. SP

Excellent idea! This way Disney can still make some extra $$ but not from those guests staying on property.

      5. Doc S

Excellent idea! That way Disney can still make extra $$ but not from those guests staying on property.

    2. Cindy

Yes, I like to go on a whim too and I prefer to go in the mornings.

I also want to see the end of Genie+!! The whole idea of going to the parks is to get away from the outside world i.e. social media, phones etc. Now everyone has their noses stuck to their phones trying to time slots for rides! I have seen people walk right into others while looking at their phones, I seen fights over getting time slots. It totally ruins the magic.

Bring back the magic hours for anyone staying on property. 30 mins is not worth it, pretty poor to be honest.

If Disney brought this back, the parks would be less busy as guests would be more spread out during the day and was a nice perk for staying on property. With so many cuts for guests its not worth staying at Disney anymore. We have moved over to Universal, the rooms are less expensive and to be honest much better.

    1. Debbi

I agree. We stayed on site for the extra magic hour perks. Disney at midnight is awesome. But now only for deluxe guests is pretty crappy.

    2. Jen

Agreed. This is part of the reason we rented a house this past trip. The perks of staying on property are just not there anymore. It is also unfair that the extended hours at night are only an option for guests staying deluxe. Definitely feel they are discriminating against those that can’t afford to pay deluxe prices. I would happily move back to staying on property if extended hours were available at all levels.

  4. Kevin

Park Hopper from the moment the parks open.

    1. Janis Dillard

Yes, please bring back the park hopper. Hate the 2:00.

  5. Bring back fastpass+ and bring back the longer extra magic hours.

    1. Sandy

Yes please. The half hour earlier, not a fan of. Big deal. After magic hours used to be such FUN. I do NOT like having to schedule each and every day. That’s not a vacation that is a job in itself… especially traveling with family.

  6. Adriane

    Annual passes and fast passes!

  7. J

Sorry but the dining plans were encouraging disgusting gluttony. The plan can be 5,000 calories a day if they eat all that. Gross.

    1. Eric

      It’s vacation lol chill

  8. zack

I want the Park reseervation system removed. The genie+ i would be ok with, if they make it like how the fast pass operated. I want the option to set up the rides before i go into the park, preferable the option to set them up and plan out my day before i arrive for my reservation. I could compromise with that being an additional cost then. I also would enjoy the dinning plan to return, but that one isn’t the biggest deal breaker to me.

  9. Tammy

Bring back fast passes. I paid extra for Genie plus for four people and at 7am sharp was never able to get a reservation. Then had to pay extra for Lightening Lane? We rode half the rides we wanted and waited 2+ hours to ride any rides. It’s not how I wanted to spend my vacation. *We stayed at Carribean Beach for 9 days. I won’t go again until it’s changed.

  10. Dave C

Make Genie+ free to guests staying in a Disney resort. Totally remove the reservation “system”. Lower ticket prices.
If these things happen then we will consider coming back to WDW. Universal is a much better alternative.

    1. We want fastpasses back! Early and late times for guests. This Genie+ is a pour decision. People that spend $ to stay at resorts can not always use it. I’ll be back after things change. Enjoyed Universal Studios last visit.

  11. TM

Annual passes, sometimes we only want to pop into Epcot for dinner! Fast passes were so nice.

  12. Dreamcasting

    Keep the reservation system.

    Yeah, this is that comment.

Honestly, it has been that way at Tokyo Disneyland and it works fantastic. It helps them control crowd levels and make a better experience, imo. I’ve noticed much better crowds ever since it came in.

Bring back dining plan, extra magic hours, and magical express!

  13. Dave Williams

Fifth glaring issue. Whoever decided that onion powder (or whatever that foul taste is) belonged in biscuits and gravy needs to be educated. Sausage and sausage/bacon grease, flour salt, pepper and milk. That’s it. NOBODY likes Disney’s adulterated version.

  14. Shane

Bring back ALL of the AP’S! Drop the genie+ and bring back fastpasses and park hopping!

  15. Bill

I would like to see the magic bus come back and the luggage to the room back. Maybe look at all the prices getting to high!

    1. DVC er

Absolutely! Luggage magically to your room. And no more lugging luggage to airport. Baggage checking at hotels. I’m disabled and I would pay additional for the service to return.

  16. Gary

Disney shot themselves in the foot and it is their own fault & they have many things to fix. With Chapek at the helm they made many of the long time CM’S angry and they left that left a big hole to fill. Disney had to get more CM’S & they have not screened them very good so there are problems there. Disney allowed Woke to get a foothold and they have to be removed for good. Disney has raised prices to where families can not go without going deep in debt they need to change that. The CEO & top leadership make way to much money the top pay for CEO with no bonuses should be about $250K with decreases as you go down in top leadership then you can pay the CM’S a living wage. Bring back all the perks and what used to be at Disney back the way that Walt & Roy had started. There are many thing guests want back and are too many to list. The idea of the 5th park would decrease the crowds some so that would be a good step. But for heavens sake make my Cousin’s Walt, Roy, Walt’s wife Lillian, & Roy’ wife Edna plus Walt’s & Roy’s 2 brothers & 1 sister all their decedent’s happy & all the GUESTS happy again.

  17. Judy

Please bring back magical express, fast passes, eliminate park reservations and Disney dining plans.

  18. Marielle

Abolish the reservation system, Genie +, and lightning lanes!!! Bring back simplicity and magic like it used to be!! There is no more magic when everyone at the park is frustrated!! Don’t you see all the fights and arguments taking place now??? It had to stop!!

  19. Stephanie

Bring back the Magic Bus from the airport! No fee!

  20. Patti

Drop Genie and Lighting Lane and bring back Fastpasses. No reason they can’t. It worked fine and Genie was a great big money grab and that’s all. I spend my life on a phone for work. I loathe doing it on vacation. I would just assume shut it off unless I really want a photo. Also they need to bring back Magical Express and get those parks in shape. It’s sad how bad they’ve become. Guest behavior has degraded too, but Disney needs to keep up with that crummy reality and chase after the slobs in double time. Quit with all the ridiculously obvious “woke” nonsense and get some magic back. They have a LOT of work to do.

  21. Curtis M.

We cancelled planning our Disney trip for last summer because of all the pass changes and the insanity it was causing. Not worth it for all the increases. We wound up going to the upper western coastline with a lot less stress and money. Not sure if we’ll ever go back unless things are changed.

  22. Heather

We honestly had a better experience going to Universal Studios and staying on property there with their Express Pass. Didn’t cost our family of 4 any additional money and we didn’t wait longer that 20 minutes for any ride included in the EP. Not glued to my phone to schedule stupid rides either! I’ll gladly return to Universal over Disney any time.

  23. Cindy

Yes, I like to go on a whim too and I prefer to go in the mornings.

I have seen people walk right into others while looking at their phones, I seen fights over getting time slots. It totally ruins the magic. I’ve paid for and tried getting time slots on Genie+ and can never get on within my time frame for parks. It’s a total waste of time, money and magic.

  25. Fast pass return

  26. Derek

As for the Genie+ and Lightning Lane reservation system, my family was at DW pre-Christmas and I found it to be extremely helpful! We waited in line no longer than 45 minutes for rides in all parks minus one instance where the ride broke down for about 30min. I see nothing wrong with the system!

  27. Sara Marshall

Disney Dining Plan! Saved my family SO MUCH money on food! Made me want to actually eat in the park!

  28. Doc S

Ditch the reservation system and Genie and bring back fast passes. That system worked and was easy for everyone to use and you weren’t on your phone all day long. Bring back APs that don’t suck like the pixie pass. Dining plan is necessary for some people to budget a WDW trip. When you don’t have to worry about added food/drink costs your trip is more relaxing.

  29. Laurie

Bring back the fast passes. Allow the park hopper at anytime during the day, not just after 2:00. Bring back the dining plan like before covid. Let all resort patrons have extra magic hours, not just for the deluxe resort holders. I have been to Disney many times and this last time was the most stressful with the genie plus and lightning lane

  30. Zach

Allow park hopping to come back at anytime instead of having to wait until 2.

  31. Ken Fure

My family and I were there in October. We got on two attractions in EPCOT. Spaceship Earth where the wait was 30 minutes and then Guardians of the Galaxy which we paid for time in line. We have been loyal long time visitors to WDW, but this trip confirmed how much I like paying for the privilege to just enter and walk around the park, and having to pony up more $$ to enjoy the attractions.
