Warner Brothers replaced Johnny as Gellert Grindelwald in FB3 and it didn’t do very well. The reason? When Johnny takes on a character he makes it his own. He has a unique ability to take a character, that could on paper seem boring, to a character of fascination to the viewer.

The issue is FINANCES! Disney has stated they will not cast Depp for whatever reason he or they have determined as why on the basis of historical quandaries.

Disney did Johnny wrong. They judged a man they knew for years, that made them millions, that made Captain Jack Sparrow! Instead of backing him on his word alone, they assumed the worse. I don’t blame Johnny for not wanting to come back to Disney. They owe him a huge public apology! Disney Assumed he was guilty before proven innocent. Apologize Disney he deserves that at least.

Johnny Depp has made and continues to make Disney an extraordinary amount of money. Now they are releasing this new set of Pirates of the Caribbean 4HD with Johnny on the cover. If Disney is going to make a POTC 6 and IF Johnny agrees to play his iconic Captain Jack Sparrow that will be AWESOME. However, if Disney continues the franchise without Johnny the film will be a huge failure. It is going to be interesting to see how it all plays out. Bottom line. NO JOHNNY DEPP NO CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW, AND NO SUCCESSFUL PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN!!!

Surly Disney has learned the cost of going against the publics opinion by now. But if they want to spend millions of dollars more to tempt fate so be it. They can always increase the prices in their parks to offset the loss. Or can they?
