      For what, shutting down a water park while it’s 50°? Yeah… ok…

      1. Mara Sours

Yes, Candice. Agree. Its been cold there b4. Disney has become anti-Christian and anti-semitic …. a reputation they have worked hard to gain.

This excuse is masking other problems at Disney, according to other things that have been said about Disney. There have been other bouts of cold st Disney. Disney has tried very hard to defy God, a power struggle which they cannot win.

Remember that the next time you’re in deep crap and you asked for God’s help. Or you say the Lord’s name in vain when you get mad. Say your mother’s name in place of the Makers name.

Why is a theme park open during winter?? Make that make sense

    1. David

Why? Because winter in Orlando lasts a week at best and then it is back in the 80’s. …Just like it will be later this week before New Year’s Eve.

It’s a water park and it’s Florida. Florida gets cold two or three weeks out of the whole season. They’ll be open again in like two days when it’s hot again.

So they shut it down on the day it’s going to be 67. Not the previous 3 days when the high temps were in the 40’s abs 50’s.

It was closed all weekend while temps were in 30s/40s

Seriously this writer making this such a huge story when there really wasn’t one. Good they shut it down when it was cold duh but to write an article suggesting it’s forever. Ugh too much drama

In case everyone hasn’t noticed the pictures is the water park at Universal. Duh.

As with all thing Disney and or Universal if it doesn’t make dollars it doesn’t make sense. If Universal sold a bunch of 3 day 3 park passes for the 23rd to the 26th and closed the water park because it was cold and attendance would be low they would have to refund the difference between a 3park and a 2 park pass. If they need 2000 paid guests to make the park profitable and historically only get 1500 when the temp is below say 70 or 65 then it makes sense to close the gate and not pay the hundreds of lifeguards and restaurant employees and keep only a few dozen security and technical employees. Seems many read that immenant closing and understood indefinite closing. Yes,there is an implication that the park would be closed longer than a couple days but it got us to read the article and that makes dollars for the author so it makes sense!
