This “guest” should absolutely be banned for this type of behavior. This is a blatant show of not taking responsibility for themselves, and we all know that should he have fallen out and was injured, he most likely would’ve sued Disney, and not taken any responsibility for their own idiotic actions. Any and all guests who fall into this type of situation should be banned immediately and permanently!
