    Outrageous.

Bob Chapek , the current Disney CEO, is only interested in maximizing profits at the expense of the guests. The shareholders are his only concern.

I am a shareholder and my stock has depleted to half of what it was. I have 100 shares, which is small, but he is not even taking care of the shareholders!! But look at his SALARY? Who do you think he is taking care of?

After about 10 trips over the years I’m out. Ridiculous prices for 1 day. A family of four is almost $800. Plus food and snacks. Your looking at a grand. Better things I can do with a grand.

Not even remotely worth it, lol. Are they trying to keep people away?

They refuse to add capacity – in fact capacity has declined for 5 years.

They will just charge what they get away with. They haven’t realized customers are harder to gain than to keep.

As a true Disney fan who raised my children to love it, I’m done. They are money grabbing at every turn. They have priced themselves into a rich man’s playground. Nothing as Walt had envisioned. Breaks my heart but my grandchildren can learn to love something else. I was there just two weeks ago for the last time. I was so disappointed at the things required, things not working, the prices and general lack of caring each cast member portrayed. Shock and sadness written on my face each night at what it has become.

Keep increasing the prices yet lowering the guest satisfaction, way to go Disney. Price increases and decreased guest attendance, I wonder why. Disney has always been the leaders in the theme park industry, and guest experience and satisfaction, but that is changing with each money grab.

  6. Everything Chapek has done is a disgrace. He has squandered the goodwill of the company and that will be much harder to ever get back.

      Well said

  7. The Parks are what is keeping Disney Corporation in the black!!!
Disney+ which is Bob Chapek’s main focus is losing money. Even though, they keep adding accounts.
I have my 1995 Indiana Jones ticket $in a picture frame for Disneyland with a $32 price. Now the average house hold in America has not gone up 6 times. Average household income in 1995 $34,076 and in 2022 $78,075. That equates to about Double, NOT 6 times the INFLATION rate that Disney is raising the Prices. PROBLEM is Bob Chapek. (think,,, Disney Executives and board, it is time to let Bob go!)
The only way to curb this is change LEADERSHIP and people need to boycott the parks, until the Board of Directors get a clue.
FAMILY FREINDLY??? Not in the least. The parks are becoming a place for the RICH. I am a Senior Disney Adult and can afford the price, but after my trip in Feb 2022 to WDW, I will not be returning for a long time.

  9. I have a 13th birthday trip planned next year for one of my granddaughters and then I’m done. So sad to say it because we have taken many family trips and made so many wonderful memories but until pricing and direction change, it’s a no for us. We are DVC members and seriously considering whether it’s time to sell.
