That’s a good enough reason for them to bring back the old show ,hadn’t heard of any fires at epcot back then…. the new show barges look terrible in the lake all day, destroying the whole beauty of epcot, they don’t think it though very well, seen new show once was enough for me ..couldn’t get enough of the old show ..just disney going backwards………again
The fire is large. The camera man is across the lake, the fire is probably the size of a car which is considerable. And the smoke is travelling fast so it’s “engulfed” is referring to the burning rate at this angle. Inside of the structure probably had more fire damage since this 30 second video showed it double in size meaning engulfed.
The dramatics in the post, Engulfs Disney World Epcot. Epcot has burned to the ground, there is nothing left, engulfed, gone. Give me a break. A fire starts after the fireworks show, very common. Whether it be at WDW or your hometown, it happens. Reedy Creek FD has units standing by during the fireworks and after. It’s the law.
There are various unattached bldgs behind/between the American Pavillion and the Italian Pavillion. Yes one of those could very well have been engulfed. That was not a small trash can fire

What’s the point in posting this video without any news to go with it? Y’all just wanted to be at the top of search engine results?

I imagine this is a nothing burger, no real big deal. When you have nightly fireworks shows it’s inevitable your going to have small fires like this .
Darren
I’m not sure you know what the word engulfed means
Michelle
Yes, it was a fire, but nothing was engulfed in fire. I truly hate when people greatly exaggerate what happened to draw extra attention. So annoying.

Please learn the meaning of the word “engulfed.” It doesn’t mean what you apparently think it does…🤦
J
The word “infamous” is routinely misused on this site as well.
Steve
This site is quite infamous you could say.

This is what happens when a theme park tabloid employs a young person who still has not become familiar with their own vocabulary.
