My son works at Disney. They volunteer their time to help out. This year was better than the last. During the last hurricane, guests complained about the service they received from the cast members. As my son explained, “these waiters are doing their best….they’re not waiters, but lifeguards!” The guests responded with better manners after that.

It was a hurricane!!! The CM’s were making sure guests were safe, be thankful for that!! If you can’t survive without eating for 3 hours, maybe you should have had food in your room like they suggested!!!
    Such ungrateful people nowadays. Shameful.

Different registers putting different number orders.
Register 1 has order numbers in the 300s, register 2 has order numbers in the 800s.
I’m sure they were going by time being entered.
Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out, duh.

I evacuated during a hurricane sat Pop Century Hotel. I booked 3 nights 4 days. On the 3rd night I asked if I could have a late check out if I needed it. The cast member looks up my reservation and told me I could. I went back to my room and found it locked. I went back to the front desk they gave me a new room key. I went back and fourth 4 times. One of the times the desk clerk told me it was because I didn’t pay my bill. I told them it couldn’t be because I’m still a guest and they have my credit card on file. The 5th time. I’m not exaggerating. I asked for the front desk manager. I explained what was going on. He looked up my reservation as the previous clerks have. He came back to me and said I had two rooms. I told him I did not. I only ever had one room and no other. He quizzed be on when I checked in who was staying with me was I sure I didn’t have 2 rooms. I kept telling him I only had one too. I never had 2 rooms. He got more agitated the more I argued with him. Finally he told me to get away from him. He literally said “get away from me”. I was out of my mind. The clerk finally after conferring with the other desk clerks waved me over to where they were standing to tell me because my child was sick he would LET me stay. Unbelievable. I had my original reservation proving I only had one room. As it turned out I didn’t need the late checkout after all. If I knew then what I know now I would have had him fired. The thing is I have stayed there before and had a very nice experience. I was shocked at how I was treated.
