Well, Harry Potter may be the only franchise they have that doesn’t appeal to mostly toddlers, and that contract has an end date.

  2. Nicole

Who edited this? It’s Ginny Weasley not Jenny Weasley, oof.

    1. It’s ridiculous to cancel someone for their opinion & even worse to do so when their opinion is a biological fact.

      1. Heather

Brains are apart of biology. I can see why you might not get that 😂

        1. Steve

Thinking you are a dragon does not make you biologically a dragon.

  3. Danielle

I look forward to enjoying more from the wizarding world.

For thousands of years, billions of people believed women had periods, could give birth, and were different from men (billions still do btw). Recently, one woman tweets this, what has been believed by billions of people for thousands of years, and gets cancelled.

    Something seems off about that…

    1. Steve

She really deserves it for spending years pandering to the people who ended up canceling her. I hope she has learned a lesson, but I doubt it.

    2. Heather

You are incorrect. “History” often leaves minorities out. Nothing new, nor is you’re inability to grasp the simple concept.

  5. Kirsten

    Only 2 genders so…..what’s the issue 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Will still support the genius that this woman is.

  6. Jo

I feel like there is only one thing this might be. There must be rumors behind closed doors she’s working on a new Harry Potter book series. I know she said she would not write Harry Potter again, but it’s been 15 years since Deathly Hallows has been published. I’m sure she’s had lots of new ideas on what to write (if she wanted to). Warner Bros is not about to cancel someone who can make them billions.

  7. Annomymous

We have now become a culture that if only one person doesn’t like what you say, you are cancelled. How about letting people be themselves as long as they are not ab anyone.

This is why I like Universal and Warner brothers. People have a right to opinions last time I checked unless the “woke” want to end that as well. Curious as to why the alphabet people are so quiet about Ezra Miller? Also very disappointed with the cast members, JK made you millions! Yet you so no loyalty to her at all. Shame on all of you!

    1. PJMS

JK Rowling is a fantastic, creative writer. Her magical universe was inspired. Everyone is entitled to their thoughts, feelings and opinions AND the right to express themselves. I hope we get to see more from this wonderful writer.

  9. Chris

I hope people would cancel me for saying that there are only two genders. Male and Female and there’s no bouncing back and forth. Hurry, cancel me. Delete my comment if that helps. Ridiculous people.

Freedom of speech is imperative in a democracy…….Lose it and we are all doomed ! Biology is a fact….feelings are transient…..which is also a fact !
J K Rowling is an awesome writer. She believes what she believes…..LGBT people also believe what they believe…..why should one cancel the other…..no-one has that right……so far all I see is cancel culture are bullies! Not winning any support here…….

The audacity of trying to take someone’s creation and say “you’re not doing it like I want you too, give it to me and go away.” Complete and utter hubris.

  12. Doug

Toma q ela tome a frente, pq os últimos filmes foram uma bosta

  13. Kay

I could give a crap as to her being Political Correct. I love her stories and specially Harry Potter.

  14. kurt

I just never go into Potter. Just not my thing, but well produced (saw some clips on UTube). Enjoy!

I don’t know what the deal is, but…. The generation that is upon us probably couldn’t care less who she is. There will be some that are. However, If she chooses to disconnect herself over personal, health, disagreements or just being difficult, that’s her own loss or personal decisions.
