It would be better for Disneyland and other Disney Theme Parks to remove dishes rather than to substitute with poor / inferior ingredients. The high price of the food should guarantee exceptional quality and taste. I have no problem with reducing the amount on the plate, since that is happening everywhere. Packing snacks from home in the backpack takes care of that!
Disneyland’s food has been very disappointing whenever we visit. We bring in a lunch from outside the park and then eat a meal at the Bengal bar-be-cue. It’s pricy for what you get but it tastes good to us. Also the Horseshoe restaurant has good fish and fries. Just suggestions.
No surprises here. Paycheck and the board is doing everything they can to make the parks like any other park. Cut corners until all that’s left is a circle. Eventually, people will say too much and stop going. By that time, it will be too late to right the ship.
