Don’t act so surprised. Guests take the chance of this happening whenever they board an attraction (or enter a theater, for that matter; it has happened to me). Some new rides still have a few glitches or twitches that either need to be worked out or around, and some are perpetual offenders. For example, my daughter and I were escorted off Frozen twice in one day, and it was not a new ride at the time. I know this can be frustrating, especially if one can only visit the parks infrequently, but I have found that being able to see behind the scenes of some rides ALMOST worth the missed trip. Of course, I am someone who enjoys seeing how it all comes together.

If a guest is ill, they may have to stop the ride. If it’s an extended stoppage, I would rather be evacuated than left sitting in place.

This is what happens when people decide to cut or do a quick maintenance job and not take the time to get the job done before it’s ready

This site is the same as other “news” sites where people tweeting equals a news story. A ride broke down? Wow that never happens! 🙄

I don’t understand the being mad part. I was evacuated off a ride and we had so much fun. All the stuck ride vehicles were singing Disney songs while we waited, the cast members were super great about getting us out as quickly and safely as possible, and as we were lined up and walked out we were all laughing and joking. We all got multiple experience passes to make up for it. You can choose to be miserable or you can look at it as a unique opportunity to experience the behind the scenes of the ride.
