Pay(much) more and get less seems to be the new theme at Disney World today

  2. As a huge Disney fan for 56 years and a former Disneyland cast member, change is very hard. When Disneyland changed its tomorrow land I was so upset but my getting upset would not change anything. I just had to get used to it. I am just thankful I can go to WDW and see the attractions I grew up with, (Carrousel and people mover). Be thankful for what you have and are getting. We ran out of room at the original.
Walt always wanted things to progress if he was alive we probably would have more changes then this.
    Enjoy!

Walt wanted change but he was also nostalgic. He didn’t want change just for change sake. Corporate Disney has no original ideas anymore. It’s all copies and IP. We have been on Tron in Shanghai and it was great, but Corporate Disney couldn’t seem to be able to do what Universal was doing and build a coaster during the pandemic. I spent 20k on a wdw trip and it was almost worthless. Definitely not as good as a DECADE ago when we went in 2011. A very lame anniversary for WDW. More money less service, value and even fun thanks to genie +.

Really fans are depressed? As a passholder it certainly doesn’t appear that many of the guests I see weekly don’t look that depressed! Get real one person commented and I wonder if their home looks exactly how they moved into it? No change=no change!! I am soo happy they keep changing and surprising us!!
