They are just using it as an excuse to cut costs. Now they don’t have to have smoked salmon at the buffets, they can replace it with BBQ pork like they do everything else

It’s amazing how Disney world wide removes item framed as “ Health Concerns”
Except when it brings a huge profit , Example : ALCOHOL
There are tens of thousands of people that have drinking problems that cause poor/bad Health, it’s linked to bad behavior, ect .
The profitability is so great it overrides any and all negativity. So they had a bad batch of peanut butter and Salmon does that imply every shipment is tainted , then just get it certified prior to receipt, with Disney’s over inflated prices it would cover the extra cost of certified products.
Here’s a fun but true fact
    BOB IGER ANNUAL SALARY
    $65.7 MILLION DOLLARS !!!
    While the average worker is
    $46.1 Thousand annually .

WAIT!!! The statement starts off with “Madame, Monsieur”. I thought that wasn’t allowed anymore since it offends the alphabet people. Guess they aren’t that whiney in France.
