The institutions were very much so against her wearing of the Garment. Honestly the biggest issue is that she had to go and alter the very history of a dress that was once upon a time only ever worn by Marilyn herself. Now it forever is stained with the legacy of Kim and will never be as iconic or unique as it once was. Also to all the people still sticking up for that entitled attention seeker, this isn’t just about the dress, but the woman that it was worn and made for. She had been constantly exploited by those that were above and around her, but that didn’t stop after her death with everyone marketing her likeness. This is just another example of the elitist rich defaming or destroying historical and treasured moments of history cause money can buy anything if you have enough.
