Really this has less to do with capacity and more to do with them being afraid of the lawsuit, as the lawsuit is highly likely to win. I mean, the parks still had capacity available, but they were denying reservations for key holders while allowing them for day guests, cast members, etc.
Sorry, all should be a single pool and first come, first serve. The only exception might be for those staying at Disney owned and operated hotels, they probably should get some preferential treatment.
I don’t understand why they can’t go to the way it was with the annual passes. Don’t make reservations, it just will deter customers away, especially if they cannot find a date available. It wasn’t broken before so why fix it?
I am a former AP Holder and had a Signature Plus Pass which meant I could go anytime. I’m so thankful for all of the time I had at the Park over the years. I did not renew to a magic Key because of the reservation system. No more popping in when ever I wanted. I have a feeling they are going to axe the AP Program due to the fact they make more money on daily ticket purchases. Hope to be wrong about this.
