I found all drivers were fine, when we went in April they just asked that we wear masks

I can’t believe that this site insists on reporting one-time occurrences that are posted on Tok-Tok and Reddit as actual news. This is not news.

Could be worse, there could be puke on the seats.

That’s not better everyone taking dumps in the bus bathroom. Just Say No to crapping on busses. Pinch that sheet.

There is no “bag storage” above the seats on Disney busses. There are railings up high so they can pack in 2,000 people and some people can stand…but your bag can stay ion your lap, on the floor, or in your back shoved into some strangers body when you are packed in like sardines. There are NO bag storage spaces 😂. Not sure what kind of “Disney bus” this person was on?

They are referring to the charter buses, not the transportation buses driven by CMs

Its Its not a Disney bus it’s a 3rd party charter bus … say it like it truly is!

Love all the experts. Disney IS contracting Academy bus to provide service on property. I can’t speak for what goes on while riding the bus but I can however tell you that they drive like complete a-holes as compared to actual Disney transportation. They don’t think twice about running lights, speeding , or cutting you off and they have been involved several accidents. I’m not a pass holder or past cast member. I am a full time cast member right now who works at MK 6 days a week and have made numerous complaints.

I was there last month, all the buses were great except one. This woman, who clearly was upset by the masks got up from behind the wheel and made a very negative speech about wearing them and to blame the faa and just created a very non-Disney vibe. It was super awkward and killed the positivity in the bus that day on the way to the park. No one likes wearing masks but in my opinion that just uncalled for.

I would think charter buses would be a pain to load strollers, are there handicap ramps for the scooters like disney buses?

We went in April and preferred charter buses because we never had to stand. Ours was not dirty and drivers were nice twice. Must have been one bad experience.

How dare you? I was sexually assaulted by the exact same driver!

Please stop with the single person negative experiences! I just got home after a week and had nothing but a wonderful time with and gracious, helpful CM’s everywhere we went—including the buses whose drivers were exceptional as I am handicapped and went above and beyond to assist me. Stop complaining and being rude and make your own fun instead of expecting others to do it for you.

Had bad experience on bus from Disney Springs to Boardwalk hotel today (5/7/22). After waiting in the heat (90+ ‘) for over 20 to 25 minutes, many waiting in the long line were complaining on the long wait.

The A/C on the bus was barely working. The driver was extremely slow, constantly hitting the brakes, rocking passengers back and forth.

Has Disney now cut back on bus A/C like they have cut back on everything else.

I worked for one of these third party companies. They don’t pay very well and are often forced to take a lot of flack from guests and CMs. This driver probably had enough that day. The driver with the smelly bus probably was told “oh well” when he got assigned that bus in the morning. You may be on vacation, but these people are working at a place they can’t even afford to vacation. Take a minute to reflect next time.
