When I was a cast member in the 1970’s a guest had a heart attack right in front of me. We were NEVER allowed to break character for any reason or it could mean immediate termination. Before I even had a chance to react medical staff were on that man like white on rice! I think the award of $600K was unnecessary and unwarranted. Nice payday for the mother and brother though!
