Our party of three got on the app at 7 AM and got three passes for rock and roller coaster. Our time was set for 1:30 in the afternoon. All day long the message board showed ‘not currently available’. After 1:30 a redemption pass showed up on our app which we could use for any other genie+ ride. We used it for smugglers run. While we were disappointed that we couldn’t do rock and roller coaster, It was a positive experience in the end because we could use the redemption pass at any time throughout the day on any other genie+ ride.

Last time I went on the Rockin Roller Coaster, I complained that my harness didn’t click tightly and I was uncomfortable with that, the cast member didyeven checinit, or try to push it done further, just said you’re fine. Never going in again. Even thinking it about guving up our season passes.

I used to work there. I was told in training that the harnesses are only there because it goees upside down however the g force will keep you in anyway. However I’d never be the one to tell you that is in anyway okay. The CMs at attractions are being more like teens working at Walmart then someone with knowledge and etiquette. Sorry that happened to you.

My 14 year old son and I booked a Disney trip to do all my older sons fave rides that passed away a year ago. This roller Coaster was my older sons favorite and we were definitely disappointed when it was closed all day on the day we visited Hollywood studios on April 28
