    Want answers? He should have been checked by attendant. He was not video clearly shows that. The ride attendant knew it, but felt bad maybe. Video shows him steering at that seat bc the restrain was high up but occupied. There should be 3 light, Red, yellow, green. Also a good old seat belt. The ride manufacturer Fun Time Rides, states it’s not needed. Well a seat belt would of kept the teen from sliding out due to his basketball shorts. The mesh slippery material, hard polished plastic seats, and the huge gap from restraint to seat. The 30 degree tilt on seat, the G Force with his weight, let this teen slip right out. A seat belt would have saved his life.
