Maybe find out about why Disneyland and Disney World was built in the first place. It wasn’t for “the children”. It was built as a place FAMILIES could enjoy…meaning adults too! Walt wanted a place where yes..kids could go, but adults could also go be a kid for a few hours, and leave their stresses at home. And if “America” isn’t what Disney is about any more, maybe they should think about packing up and moving.
There are Disney parks all over the world now. They are not only “American” and with the division in this country they need to do what their mission is, to entertain. This is ridiculous, Walt Disney made Its A Small World to unite kids from around the world to prove that although we all look different and have different cultures, we are still humans and we are the same. We don’t have the original PotC or HM. Fantasmic is on its third version. No matter how I miss the originals, Walt himself said things will always change. Accept his words, accept the new interpretation. If not, find an old VHS version of it and be satisfied by it.
