I’m not sure about left or right on Rise. But my daughter and I visited last year when crowds were low, so we went on Mickeys Runaway a lot. While we got to be in the very front once, as well as the middle once, all the other times we were put in the very back. I don’t know if it’s because it was just the two of us (so we were leftover riders, lol) But omg that last “train” car is the worst! You can’t hear or even really see Goofy that well as the ride starts, you completely miss his conversation with Mickey and Minnie in their car at the beginning, and you’re last into every room other than the ocean scene so you barely get to see what’s going on. Seriously, that last car is awful on that ride, lol
The Great Movie Ride had 2 alternates where there was live action. You could get either the Cowboys or gangsters. I found out about this after riding several times and always getting the gangsters. So I would ask for the Cowboys and get put off to the side until a vehicle would strive for the cowboy scene. I do not know how the CM would know.
