This is so freaking stupid. It’s not like she was being held hostage. She could have just left the line at any time if she really needed to, she just couldn’t rejoin her party. Maybe their was an incident in the upstairs area like a child having a meltdown or a medical issue. Be patient or leave the line.
When we go, which is at least a once a month, the line for Ghostrider is routinely a 90-minute wait. We go on first thing in the morning or we don’t go at all. There are plenty of areas to leave the line and then rejoin your group. Also, it’s always a good idea to keep your water with you. We ❤️ KBF!

Knotts has become horrible for families. A bunch of young unaccompanied trouble makers causing fights …I used to love KBF… It’s sad what they have allowed it to become.
She must not go to knotts often if she thought a line outside of ghost rider was going to be 30min. Whenever the line is outside you know it’s going to be at least an hour wait. Plus why didn’t she just leave to get water? No ones going to tell her anything if she leaves and comes back.
Honestly I call bogus on his story I go to Knott‘s Berry farm at least a few times a month and this is one of my kids favorite rides. Anytime there is a closure of the ride they give the riders that are waiting in line the option to exit there are many ways to exit the queue that they’re saying they were trapped in absolutely ridiculous. They thought they were only gonna be there for 30 minutes instead of three hours which is the usual wait for the ride and decided to stay I don’t understand what they’re complaining about.
There was an issue few weeks ago when I went. We had fast pass and still waited a while. There was a lot of issues with employees being disorganized. It wasn’t the employees fault though. The park was low on staff and staff had to move around the park to help other rides who were getting overwhelmed. I mean KBF gave us a employment flyer when we parked so I can see they are trying to get more staff. Miscommunication as well between staff due to unforseen events made it worse.
