Yes a few times but the worst was by the entrance to the ferry to transportation. The rain came so fast it flooded the area up to the seats of our daughters wheel chairs and just below our hips. That same storm caused the drains by monsters laugh floor to bubble up. Totally disgusting had to go back to villa and take showers.
Walt Disney decided to open a second park decades ago. One thing that they forgot was the “Florida Rainy Season”. Sometimes you’ll get a “small” shower. Other times you will get a “Monsoon” where you think everything is going to be washed away and floods will happen (which they usually do).
