Disney cannot maintain the property and improve employee morale (and thus customer service).
Time to invest a ton of money into another business, makes total sense.
Just like Golden Oaks, this is all a big over priced community. Just to break ground at Golden Oaks is $2,000,000. So expect twice or three times as much for this.
