  1. I lost interest when the article meantioned California. Taxes are too high there and housing is not affordable.

  2. Disney cannot maintain the property and improve employee morale (and thus customer service).

    Time to invest a ton of money into another business, makes total sense.

    Just like Golden Oaks, this is all a big over priced community. Just to break ground at Golden Oaks is $2,000,000. So expect twice or three times as much for this.
