Everyone I know’s first thought was a Hogwarts hotel! House “wings”, fun classes, interactive woods “playground”, etc. Bring the cost down and you’d have a much more enduring product that could easily bring people back. Look at that amazing steampunk hotel at phantasialand in Germany!
