Boy, WDW is really concerned about their customers during this pandemic! They must really care about customers safety, health and well being. This explains why the lines are so long, they must be taking the time to clean and disinfect all ride apparatus for the customers between rides. Oh! wait!!! Never mind! WDW SUCKS!
My son lost his Mickey ears hat on Mickey’s Philharmagic. We waited until the show after ours ended and a cast member went back inside with us to look for it. We couldn’t find it and my 8 year old son was visibly upset. The cast member took us into the nearby gift shop and told him to pick out a new hat on the house. My son was very happy and thrilled and loves telling the story about losing his hat and getting a free replacement. Could have been a disaster! Saved by a cast member!
