Yeah this didn’t happen. That’s not how the restraints work. Not now, not ever. What happened to the 14yr old was a tragedy and trying to piggyback internet attention off of it, is absolutely disgusting.

Roller coasters are oneof the safest things, like I heard I don’t know if they is for all coasters, but I think ot is that the train will not leave until all restraints are locked.

      *it is,

How much did Universal to pay for this article?

    1. Brian

      Have to pay…..

    2. Dan

Why would they pay when it makes them look bad? If anything some fat guy is trying to take advantage of that kids death for clout

Also, the Icon drop tower didn’t have a buckle holding the restraint down for extra safety, just in case the mechanical one didn’t lock, which unfortunately it didn’t.

Another example of someone wanting attention. I call BS

I worked for Universal for years. It just doesn’t work that way. And IF it did, why has it taken this long to speak out?

I do not believe this article, its BS 100%

This is absolutely garbage, per usual. Also, posting some fake BS like this only a few days after such a terrible tragidy is awful. You continue to lose what little credibility you have with each trash “news” article you post.

interesting that this article doesn’t give any dates

Me laughing at the thought of people panicking, holding down a restraint for dear life that was actually locked in fine lol
