I’m a pretty big spiderman myself. For them to not continue top Holland would make the end of no way home not make sense. As for Andrew Garfield, there’s no point for him to come back for TASM3 after his appearance in No Way Home 🤷

If I would be like Peter Parker/Spider-Man in any Spider-Man movies and it’s quite funny that I could imagine if Andrew Garfield still rolling as Peter Parker/ Spider-Man and I would like to see “The Amazing Spider-Man 3” with Andrew Garfield.
Whyever would you NOT have Tom Holland continue? He is clearly the best ever. I don’t get why his character has to constantly change. CH is Thor, MR is Hulk, JR is Hawkeye, etc. I’d also really love it if they stop killing off avengers please.
Tom Holland never said he wasn’t coming back as Spiderman. He is taking a few years off from Spiderman to pursue other things, he is coming back as Spiderman. The amazing Spider-Man franchise was Andrew Garfield’s movies before Holland’s and they deserve to have a real final movie, as well as Tobey Maguire’s Spiderman.
I agree Holland’s legacy needs some sort of closure. In the Sony Verse the main characters never get a real ending or any real closure. They leave the plot lines open, to make more money on the character in a few years. Leaves us hanging.

Aside from the horrendous grammar and unnecessarily abbreviated film titles used by far too many in this comment section, I do agree to some degree, on the idea of a 3rd The Amazing Spider-Man film but I doubt it’ll happen. Andrew & Sony™ had a multifaceted falling out, resulting in the the Trilogy being cut short (sans the 3rd film). They DON’T “OWE” Andrew nor fans “closure”. If they don’t want to do it, they simply won’t. While I do like Andrew & Tom’s takes on Peter Parker, Tobey is my go-to Peter Parker!! I look forward to seeing what Sony™ has planned for bringing Spider-Man & Venom together and I wouldn’t mind if they changed out the actor playing Eddie Brock but it’s fine if they keep Tom Hardy, also. Anyway, whatever happens, we’re along for the ride. Like it or not. 🧐
