Living in the UK, I have visited Paris several times and I can tell you this is a regular occurence.
The culture in Europe is totally different to USA, you only have to look at the difference of turnstiles between both locations as evidence.
A lot of props have disappeared from certain rides, damage to railings and pavements – you don’t see much of this in USA.
It’s an additional cost to Disneyland Paris, but they must make sure there’s not any under-staffing.
