Those look much better, the fires were ok previously, but I like a bit thicker fry. Even better would be steak fries, but that may bee too much to ask.
I like all thicknesses of fries but I prefer these thinner (sort of McDonalds style). This may be just a supply issue. I’m sure they start with frozen fries and the cost either way would be the same.
