    Yup, I received the wrong one! Was so sad as Iā€™ve been hunting for this since July/august! Disney did tell me it was a known issue and that it was not currently possible tog at the correct jersey, but that I could return it or they would refund back 20% of the price if I wanted to keep it. Havenā€™t decided anything yet.

    I was so excited when I got my alert that my package with this was at my home on Christmas Eve. Then to see that it was a generic Disney. I was so upset. I’m like I paid $110 for this. I have been trying to reach @shopdisney. But to no luck there. So I’m at a loss of what to do now.

  4. I recieved my package today and was SO excited, then SO confused when I opened it. I got 2 generic jerseys. On top of that the puff lettering was damaged and the stitching was pulled in two spots. I sent an email with pictures and am waiting for a response. The SKU numbers do match, bit thankfully my order history on the website still shows the image of the correct jersey with the 50 on it. I don’t care if the number matches, the item I recieved does not match the item that was advertised with that number and I have a picture of it.

    Received the wrong one also. I sent an email to customer service and they said they’d send me a replacement if I sent the incorrect one back. So I used the prepaid shipping label they emailed me and sent it back via UPS. Then 5 hours later I get an auto-generated email about it being out of stock and my order being cancelled. A couple minutes after that I received another email saying there’s been an “adventure” regarding the spirit jerseys and I can either keep the one I have (which by the way, the puffy lettering on the back was slightly damaged in multiple spots) and get a $20 credit for my next purchase or return what I have for a full refund. I would have just kept what I had rather than have nothing BUT I ALREADY SENT IT BACK! I tried to intercept the delivery but since I used the prepaid label they sent me I have no power to do so because they’re technically the sender since it’s their label. *insert eye roll here* I have another email into them asking to intercept the delivery and get it back to me but I’m not going to hold my breath.

    I’m confused that this is supposedly the Disneyland version as I haven’t really seen any photos online attributing it as such.
