When I first heard they had renovated that apartment in the castle and were going to use it like a motel room I thought, “how nice, I’ll watch someone’s video on YT about it”. When I saw the price on this I thought, “that’s insane, I’ll watch someone’s video on YT about it.” I’m self aware enough to know that I can’t afford most things at Disney and even if I could I wouldn’t spend that much on non-sense.

Bob Chapek trying to show that he can be “creative”. “Immersive experience” is one of his repeatable clucking phrases like “Extend the franchise” and “Grow the brand” which is MBA nonsense no one else understands. Go Bob!

They have THE WRONG CEO at the WRONG TIME for this to EVER be a success!! Bob “Cheap-ek” will NEVER SPEND the funds needed to make this what it could have been.

This is a perfect storm of a Disney disaster! First-every REAL fan hates the Disney trilogy that should be soon wiped out of canon-then they go ahead and use those characters instead of the beloved OT characters for their far OVER PRICED, barely Larping “experience”…………then you have “Cheap-ek” running things?!? And then you seal its fate with those PATHETIC “promo” videos…

Yuppers. The Force is STRONG against this…..

I think that Disney has now made it more about the wealthy who can afford going to Disneyland. I also think that by taking away the way Walt wanted it, This is not about Walt any more its about how much money the executives can put in their wallets. I think I will say that a small company should buy a piece of property and make it just exactly like Walt wanted. What is being taken away is Walt’s Dream and his wishes. I have loved Disney since I was a little girl. I would go to the park every couple of years and everytime I loved it! I can remember that if something went wrong with one of the rides he would be on it in a snap. He would have someone there in a snap to make sure that everything was properly running like it should be. I know at this point I will not be able to afford Disneyland any time soon. I guess I will have to start finding other parks to go to that just maybe I will be able to enjoy. Thanks Disney for ruining my dream of ever being able to enjoy your parks. Thanks for taking away the little girls dream away that as a adult that she remembers.

The $6K price tag is way overpriced. I can understand that Disney wants to make a profit, but this is overreaching. Just how far would the experience take the guests?

Ive been a Star Wars loyal fan since 1977 when i first saw my first movie ever, Star Wars (New Hope.) Since then, growing up during the original Star Wars years and into an adult Star Wars holds a special place in my heart. Its a love that has been passed down to my kids and now my granddaughter.

It is sick, and wrong to make this experience so expensive only the rich can afford. Walt Disney and George Lucas im sure had a vision that their dreams could be enjoyed by all classes of people. This is sad that Disney has no heart for the poor and middle class to make the hotel more affordable. Shame on you Disney, Walt im sure is rolling over in his grave.
